The LGS Series filters offer a high efficiency coalescing style element. Each model employs one or more replaceable element cartridges which provide positive gasket sealing.
The AGS™ Series coalescing filters effectively separate oil, water, and other liquid aerosols from compressed air and gas lines.
Citadel pleated membrane cartridges feature a PTFE membrane and PFA structural components to provide excellent chemical and temperature resistance for aggressive chemical applications such as etchers, strippers, cleaners and bulk chemicals.
Key features:
Manufactured, flushed, tested and packaged in an ISO Class 7 Cleanroom Environment
Filters are flushed with 18 MΩ-cm DI water to ensure low extractables and low particle shedding
100% integrity tested to provide reliable performance
Resistivity rinse-up to 18 MΩ-cm and single digitppb TOC levels with minimal throughput
Pore size ratings from 0.05 to 10 micronto meet a broad range of applications
Wet-Pack option available to eliminate the requirement for solvent pre-wetting in aqueous applications
The CP Series are in-line filters that effectively remove dust, dirt, pipe scale, and other solid contaminants from compressed air and gas pipelines. Standard and custom designs available.
Natural gas traveling through pipelines can pick up some degrees of contaminants, which can cause compressor damage, regulator and meter damage, and/or increased pipeline maintenance. Download the attached documents to get information about Graver’s AGS series coalescers and/or CP series that eliminate solids and liquids that could lead to compressor failure.
