Product & Application Engineer

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
Knowledgeable and experienced in PLC programming (Mitsubishi preferred), motion control, servo systems, HMI, SCADA, and industrial automation technologies.
Strong understanding of factory automation processes, machine control logic, and system integration.
Experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, and supporting automation systems.
Familiarity with electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, I/O configuration, and control panel setup.
Ability to analyse customer requirements and provide product/application solutions.
Good technical documentation skills, including manuals, reports, drawings, and records.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites for meetings, installation, and support.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in industrial automation or related fields; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Sales Engineer

Understand basic technical or engineering terms.
Experience in sales within similar industry would be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivate.
Skills Required: Technical knowledge, Sales expertise and Communication skills.
Possess own transport.
Responsibility:
Develop new sales opportunities, identify customer needs.
Actively achieve sales target set by superior.
Respond, follow up customer’s inquiries & orders, solve customer’s issue effectively.
Establish and maintain excellent relationship professionally with customers.
