Knights as Ulvac AUTHORIZED Distributor is compulsory fulfilled with Professional Repairing skill and equipment. We established vacuum dry pump maintenance line in 2012. We have rich parts stock for ordinary pump. The brands of pump available to repair at present are: Alcatel, Pfeiffer, Edwards, Ebara, Busch, Kashiyama, Leybold, Pfeiffer, Varian, Ulvac.

Service commitment:

1. Provide solution type service for the customer, coordinate with the user to set up product maintenance system, improve the service life of the product, reduce the risk impact to production.

2. 2 hours response, 4 hours to determine the solution.

3. To provide the best form service according to the situation of failure and the customer request, (on-site maintenance, return to factory maintenance, etc.)

4. In factory or regular inspection.

5. Provides a quick single processing services for emergency.
